We are seeking a highly motivated, industry-experienced, and dedicated CAD/CAE Software Instructor to lead our advanced design programs. The ideal candidate will possess deep practical expertise across multiple critical engineering and visualization platforms.
The Instructor will be responsible for the full lifecycle of training delivery, including:
Instruction: Delivering engaging, practical, and comprehensive training sessions in both 2D drafting and 3D modeling/visualization for students and professionals.
Curriculum Development: Designing, updating, and maintaining detailed course outlines, lesson plans, and project-based assignments that meet industry standards.
Mentorship: Providing one-on-one guidance, troubleshooting assistance, and constructive feedback on complex student projects.
Assessment: Developing and administering exams, quizzes, and project evaluations to track student progress and ensure mastery of the software.
Industry Integration: Keeping course content current by integrating the latest best practices, workflows, and version updates for all taught software.
Bachelor's Degree (B.E./B.Tech) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a closely related field.
Minimum of 3 years of professional, hands-on industry experience utilizing the listed CAD/CAE software.
Minimum of 2 years of formal teaching or corporate training experience in a related technical discipline.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
Diploma
Professional certification in at least one key software (e.g., AutoCAD Certified Professional, Certified SolidWorks Professional - CSWP).
Experience in developing blended learning modules or online course content.
