MS Excel: Worksheets, Formulas (Basic & Logical), Functions (SUM, AVERAGE, IF, VLOOKUP), Data sorting, Filtering, Charts, Pivot Tables. 3. MS PowerPoint: Presentation Design, Adding graphics and multimedia, Transitions, Animation, Slide Show setup.

GST/VAT: Introduction to basic taxation concepts in Tally.
