We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Digital Marketing Instructor/Trainer to educate students/professionals on core digital marketing disciplines with a strong focus on practical application across major platforms and tools.
Curriculum Delivery: Develop and deliver high-quality training sessions, workshops, and courses covering all core digital marketing domains.
Paid Advertising: Provide expert instruction and practical training on managing and optimizing campaigns across:
Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Shopping): Setting up campaigns, keyword research, bidding strategies, and performance analysis.
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram): Targeting, ad creative best practices, campaign structure, and funnel optimization.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Teach fundamental to advanced SEO techniques, including technical SEO, on-page optimization, link building, and performance monitoring.
Analytics & Tracking:
Provide in-depth training on Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for tracking, reporting, and interpreting user behavior and campaign performance.
Instruct on the implementation and use of Google Tag Manager (GTM) for efficient deployment of tracking codes and pixels.
Content Strategy: Teach principles of effective digital content marketing, including audience analysis, content creation planning, and performance measurement.
Platform Management: Instruct on the practical use and management of essential digital platforms:
CMS (Content Management Systems): Training on common platforms like WordPress, including design, functionality, and SEO considerations.
CRM (Customer Relationship Management): Explaining the role of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) in a digital marketing strategy, including lead management and automation.
Assessment and Feedback: Create and administer assignments, projects, and examinations to assess student comprehension and provide constructive feedback.
Industry Trends: Keep the curriculum updated with the latest changes in platform algorithms, tool functionalities (e.g., GA4 updates), and industry best practices.
Experience: Proven professional experience (minimum 3-5 years) running successful digital marketing campaigns and teaching/training experience is highly desirable.
Expert Knowledge: Demonstrable expertise and current, hands-on experience with:
Google Ads & Meta Ads
SEO (Technical, On-Page, Off-Page)
Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
Google Tag Manager (GTM)
Content Strategy and Marketing
CMS (e.g., WordPress) & CRM (Conceptual understanding)
Communication: Excellent public speaking, presentation, and written communication skills.
Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics) are a significant advantage.
Soft Skills: Strong passion for teaching, patience, and the ability to simplify complex topics for various learning levels.
