We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Video Editing Instructor/Trainer to lead educational courses focusing on professional video post-production workflows. The ideal candidate must possess expert-level knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects, and have a proven ability to teach complex technical and creative concepts effectively.
Instruction and Curriculum Delivery:
Develop, prepare, and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons, workshops, and courses covering fundamental and advanced video editing techniques.
Provide expert, hands-on training for the complete professional post-production workflow using Adobe Premiere Pro for editing, color correction, and sound mixing.
Offer in-depth instruction on Adobe After Effects for creating motion graphics, visual effects (VFX), compositing, and animation.
Practical Application:
Design practical exercises, projects, and assignments that simulate real-world production scenarios (e.g., short films, corporate videos, social media content, and title sequences).
Evaluate student projects, provide detailed critiques, and offer constructive feedback to foster technical proficiency and creative growth.
Workflow Expertise:
Teach efficient asset management, organization, project file interchange, and rendering/exporting for various platforms (broadcast, web, social media).
Instruct on the integration workflow between Premiere Pro and After Effects (Dynamic Link).
Technical Knowledge:
Maintain current knowledge of the latest features, updates, and industry best practices for both Premiere Pro and After Effects.
Troubleshoot common software and hardware issues encountered by students during the editing process.
Student Support:

Expert Software Proficiency (Must-Have):
Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on professional experience with Adobe Premiere Pro.
Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on professional experience with Adobe After Effects.
Teaching Experience:
Previous experience (formal or informal) teaching, training, or mentoring in a media production or educational environment is highly preferred.
Technical Skills:
Deep understanding of video formats, codecs, frame rates, resolutions, color spaces, and aspect ratios.
Knowledge of foundational cinematic principles (story structure, shot composition, pacing).
